Firstly I hope you're doing ok & staying strong.
I'm still in the office working for the Community Org I founded in 2014 Inward-Bound, as I think the classes and courses will be needed even more to help with mental health and emotional healing. Don't suppose any of us thought it would stretch this far, but clearly it's going on for while. Also we have put up a new meditation page for you to use if feeling stressed, anxious etc through this very strange time. ​Our bodies are amazing!
Health is something we do from the inside. Just think how it turns a piece of fruit or bread into a body part!
Yoga recommends 8 hours between meals (for 6 weeks) & around 50% of our problems would sort themselves out.
​That & meditation.
Plus if our food is 40-50% alive (raw) our mind, sleep etc will bene
fit.

Sleep hygiene
Sleep affects everything, including our weight.
  • Turn phone off or flight mode.
  • Try not to look at time if go to toilet.
  • Stay off phone hour before sleep.
  • Take tv out of bedroom.
  • Lavender on pillow or/and feet.
  • Aloe vera plant in room.
  • Warm bath hour before but then cool body down after it.
  • Avoid alcohol.
