Regression therapy has come to be seen as a tool for personal development, as its a way of accessing memories & experiences from your life. Accessing these memories can often be helpful with understanding & resolving current relationships, beginning to untangle emotional problems (including phobias & compulsions), plus healing physical complaints.
It can also help to make more sense of our lives when it comes to personal tragedy, or problems with fear of flying, water etc., as once an understanding has been found, the 'issue' often goes away.
If we determine that doing a regression will be beneficial for you, I will guide you through a series of exercises to take you to a state of very deep relaxation.
After you return to the present place in time, we will take some time to discuss your experience & how it affects your current situation.
