Morning all,
I’ve not had much contact for a couple of reasons; One, I had to take care of my own self of course and Two, I saw straight away how flooded FB etc was with advice on how to get through this, stay safe etc. In fact, I nearly went into that mode too! But quickly realised that too much info can be worse than not enough.
These really are testing times for all of us, yes all of us, in so many ways. Especially testing our resilience and our strength of self. It's a time for us to take stock and ask what we want our life to be when this is all over. Do we want to return to our old life, or bring in new things? As nothing reminds us more of what’s important, than not being able to see those we hold dear.
Before grief changed my life and my body, I’d have been a doer while all this was happening as I’ve always been a problem solver. I’d be the one checking in on people and delivering groceries, rather than someone delivering to me. That in itself has been a hard pill to swallow.
I’d also be enjoying the time off work and be enjoying doing the garden, or decorating the house, but again since the fybro entered my life I simply can’t, my body just won’t allow it. So, I’ve had to work with what I can do, and that’s read, write, meditate, cook (when I have the ingredients lol) and learn more about the wonders of life. I’ve also used my time to revamp some of the courses and try out new ones for when we can resume.
So please, as well as staying safe, use the rest of this time to ask yourself how you want your life to be after this is over and if you want something more, or different, start planning it now, where it all starts, in the mind.
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably done the classes or/and the courses, so it’s as if you’ve been training for this time since you started. A time when you are comfortable with your own company. A time when you know who you are warts n all and what you want your life to be.
Either way, remember to hone your meditation skills and we don’t need a class to do that, we just need discipline, focus and time, of which we now have plenty.
For those who do return to class when we start (and some won’t as found new ways/teachers) I’m looking forward to seeing how good you are at meditating and hopefully you can show me some of things you’ve learnt while we’ve been apart. Remember what I always tell you, you are your best teacher.
YOU can achieve whatever your heart desires, because you’re YOU and there is NO ONE on the planet like you!
Whatever you do I wish you well in any adventure and remember to dream big in your creating, after all you deserve it.
PS: Just wanted to mention that we had a huge surge of energy blasted at the planet at the weekend, a rare event when all the planets aligned. Hopefully it will have raised the planets energy so we can all benefit.
Some of you may have felt it, and fingers crossed it could help some of us get rid of the mental ‘buzz’ many are experiencing lately.
Lots of love and hopefully see you soon x
