It's often hard to find that love when our emotions are running wild & playing havoc with our thoughts. But that's what emotion is - it's energy in motion = E-motion.
So once the emotion has calmed down & we can see more clearly, we can start to heal the situation by clearing out the negativity that's clouded our thinking & allow ourselves the happy, loving energy to flow again & realise that without others being who they are, we would not be who we are.
