We have to FEEL our way through it.
Of course each of us have different amounts of boundaries to get through and dissolve, but we also need to see what purpose they served.
Once we acknowledge and recognise - and be willing to make peace with something, it moves and dissolves into the further layers of the energy field.
So first we must learn to love our emotions and not be scared of them. We have them to help us understand what's gong on, but first we must FEEL it to HEAL it!
