Needless to say this didn't help me at the time, it just made me angry and mis-understood, so I thought I'd share the Law of Attraction's emotional guidance scale again and show that when we suffer grief, or loss of any kind, our energy is low (we're having a 'down' period and will therefore need to raise our vibrations gradually.
We can't go from the low 'vibe' of grief to joy just by thinking it, we need to go up the scale gradually. Of course how quick we raise the vibration is in our hands, but it's about so much more than just thinking it so.
Like everyone else, I dip into and out of grief, anger etc, depending on what triggers the emotion I'm feeling at the time and what's happening in my life, but what I do know is, that if I'm to heal it, I have to feel it.....and that means finding why it's been triggered and brought up for me to look at.
If something is still having an affect on us, it's still in there!
